Japan Direct Japanese Used Auto Parts Inc . - WARRANTY POLICY

Japan Direct Japanese Used Auto Parts Inc. warranties any used engines from date of purchase defined below:
1. Used Performance Engines, such as TURBO,VTEC: 30 Days
2. Used Replacement Engines: 90 Days
3. Used Replacement Transmissions: 90 Days  
4. Electronic Parts: No Warranty
5. Used Performance Transmissions:  30 Days
6. Used Replacement Transmissions: 90 Days
7. No warranty on Mazda Rotary Engines

The warranty covers all internal parts of the engine. Engine block, cylinder barrels and cylinder heads are also guaranteed to be free of cracks and distortion, otherwise it will be replaced.

The warranty does not cover the following external accessories included:
1.Electrical components        5.Belts                                      9.Shift Linkage                                        13.Any plastic trim pieces    
2.Sensors                                 6.Wiring                                  10.Wire Harness                                    14.Computer
3.Pumps                                  7.Engine mounts                    11.Distributor components                   15.Turbo charger ( unit)     
4.Pulleys                                  8.Axles Shafts                         12.Gaskets                                               Etc…
                                                                                                                                                                               
The warranty is void under following conditions:
1.The engine is taken apart( Head from Block)
2.The engine is redlined or competitively raced
3.Insufficient amount of oil supply to the engine
4.Over heating of the engine, unless overheating is caused by a dysfunctional internal parts of the engine
5.Labor involved in the installation or removal of any defective part of the engine
6.Damage to the engine because of improper installation
7.Loss of engine caused by modifications (NOS, Turbo, Supercharged) for which the engine was not designed
8.Japan Direct Japanese Used Auto Parts Inc. is not responsible for the failure of emissions an smog test
9. Towing charges and/or freight or delivery charges..

Procedure for Claim
In the case of any incidents, we will repair or replace at our discretion, parts deemed to be damaged. Customers are liable for all un-installation and freight charges or charges for the return or defective items. Replacement part will only be sent subsequent to the inspection of the defective item. Labor involved in the installation or removal of any defective part is not included in the warranty. A detail written description along with the original invoice and with the pictures of the described defective part from a Certified Mechanic will be required. A copy of the mechanic s certification along with his/her contact information must be provided and will be contacted to ensure the documents given are authentic. The Certified Mechanic may not be the customer who purchased the engine

Disclaimer:
Japan Direct Japanese Used Auto Parts Inc.  will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss, or any other consequential damage or loss. 

Sales Policy:
1.All sales are final, no refunds or exchange.
2.Orders can be cancelled if they have not been shipped.
3.All refused/returned orders will be charged 35% of the invoice amount for restocking fees plus all freight charges to return the item to our warehouse. 
4.Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges on the item in dispute.  
5.Any items in dispute sent to us Collect will be REFUSED
